Emilie and I were once friends. Kind of. Internet friends. She saved my life, in a way, by listening to my music and by asking me to write her to make sure I was okay. I don’t know if I’ll ever feel like I’m not her little sister, wearing her hand-me-down garters and getting fans through her. I love her PRs, though, they are dedicated and fantastic people.
